New Era Begins for ARL Network as Ron Faherty Passes Leadership Torch to Jordan Reber
Moon Township, Pennsylvania –– September 1, 2026 –– ARL Network, one of the largest intermodal drayage and third-party logistics companies in the United States, has named Jordan Reber President, succeeding longtime President Ron Faherty. Reber has served as ARL’s Executive Vice President since 2015 and brings more than two decades of experience in the transportation and logistics industry to the company’s top leadership position. Faherty is transitioning to the role of Chairman Emeritus.
Reber has spent the past 11 years working closely with Faherty to build the company’s leadership team, set the strategic direction, and develop strong relationships with ARL’s agents, customers and partners. For Faherty, selecting a successor meant finding someone who understands and embraces the values that have made ARL successful. “I spent a year looking for Jordan, and when I found him and brought him on board, I realized very quickly that his knowledge of the logistics industry and his passion for customer service aligned perfectly with the foundation we had built at ARL,” said Faherty.
Faherty and Reber began discussing the company’s leadership transition more than six years ago with a laser-like focus on ensuring that the family-owned business would have a rock-solid foundation and continuity for their agents and customers in its next chapter.
Reber assembled ARL’s current leadership team over the past several years, appointing VP of Operations Greg Morrow, VP of Strategy Keith Reeher, and VP of Sales and Marketing Kurt Branagan, who will all remain in their roles. The four leaders are taking Faherty’s ownership interest in ARL Network.
“This was not a spur-of-the-moment decision; it was a multi-year plan to integrate these individuals into the company,” Faherty said.
Faherty is transitioning to Chairman Emeritus after more than 45 years in the trucking industry and decades at the helm of ARL Network. During his tenure as President, Faherty grew the business from a small flatbed steel hauling company to one of the largest intermodal drayage networks in the country with a highly competitive logistics agent program.
Now Reber aims to build on ARL’s legacy, relying on his experience and long-standing relationships in the industry to provide continued stability as the company moves forward.
“One of our core values has always been ‘everyone's our customer,’” said Reber. “Whether it's a shipper, an agent, or one of our independent contractors, we're here to serve them, and I think that's where Ron and I bonded 11 years ago when I came onboard. We’re the first to get to work in the morning and the last to leave at night. It's never about us. It's always about who we're trying to help. Ron's reputation in the industry is held in such high regard, and that's something that I know I have to continue to earn every single day.”
