Attending the AWMI - Association Of Women In The Metal Industries - International Holiday party, we had the pleasure of meeting Karin J Lund, author of Women in Steel, Woman of Steel. Karin is a pioneer for not only women in steel, but for all women working in male-dominated industries. We work in transportation and while there has been major improvements, unfortunately women still face challenges in our industry. It was a pleasure Karin!
