Newsletter:  Presently the newsletter is printed at Kinko's which costs approximately $33 dollars per month.  It had been done at Quick Print for about $40 monthly.  However, Jack May, WM3I, [(724) 346-3347] now has his own printing business.  Linda Yankovich, N3XZA, will check into the cost of doing the Carrier Wave with him.

Foxhunt:  Dave McGargee, N3CM, will handle getting the next Club foxhunt set-up.  He agreed to be the fox. It will probably take place on a Saturday morning.

For Sale:  Members are reminded to check the equipment  list of items for sale in the Carrier Wave.  If anyone is interested, please see any Club officer for information. Jerry Viele, W8JV, said that he will have a table set-up in Butler so we could place our items to be sold there.

Hospitality:  Doug Noderer, W3FYV, has resigned as Hospitality Chairman due to his becoming Club Treasurer.  Jim Gabriel,

Generator:  Jerry Parkany, N8PY, reported that the Club's generator had been started monthly since last year's FD. A week and a half ago, the batteries would not start it due to the cells being dead.  Doug Noderer, W3FYV, will check if a warranty is in effect on the old batteries. N8PY thinks the Club should reimburse the member who purchased the new batteries.  If that member desires, he may make a donation to the Club.  Dennis Gregory, WM3H, moved to reimburse the member for the price of the new batteries.  Tom Galloway, K3TG, seconded the motion. The motion carried.

Funding:  Dave McGargee, N3CM, asked about how the equipment  funds were set-up within the Club.  There is a Repeater Fund which can only be used for the repeater.  There is an Equipment Capital Fund which can be used for any equipment repairs.
