the BBS station. Forthcoming to all members is the monthly newsletter via either downloading from the Club's website, or to receive it via e-mail attachment. There are many more things I could share with you but there is just not enough time to do this between now and the meeting next month on March 27th. During the next several weeks prior to the March meeting, Barney Scholl K3LA & the nominating committee will be seeking to put together a slate of nominees for the new Club year beginning in April. This year we will need to elect a President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, & a Director. All of the mentioned offices except Director are for a one year term, the Director is for a two year term. I wanted to take a
moment to thank each & everyone of the officers for the opportunity to work together for the benefit of all members to help maintain the organization, and stress the need to continue to support the new administration when they face the challenges in the year ahead. Every member is important to the success of the MCARC and it is my hope that when you are asked to consider a position within the organization, that you will serve the Club with 100% effort to help further the cause of Amateur Radio. In concluding I want to say it's been a honor to serve as your President these last 5 years and I am  stepping down. I wish our next President & his/her staff all the best  in the future.
